I don't even want to given them star!! My cat was treated here. I know that he is severe ill. But what I regret is the procedure & coordination between one doctor to another doctor are very different. One said, you can neutralize ur cat without vaccine first, which is I did follow this procedure. But the old women doctor was said the cat must get vaccinated before being neutralize. My cat got viruses which means it can get the exposure during neutralize process. You know what? The old doctore said to me in very unprofessional and RUDE that I must know about the procedures. So, what the used of doctors if they can't announce and communicate the information to the pet owner? Then the old woman doctor didn't event TOUCH my cat when I visited, in the end I insisted to bring my cat back home, in fact I brought my cat to another doctor that more FRIENDLY, KIND, INFORMATIVE and COMMUNICATIVE. I often bring my cat here for 1st treatment and emergency before I got RUDE & MEAN consultation with the old woman doctor. But now I am really dissapointed, esp. With the old woman doctor. Overall, the nurses and staffs are friendly & good. Don't ever risk your pet's life here, it is the last clinic you will visit.

Took my rescue dog here due to limping from falling. Without x ray (they don't have it) the doctor confidently stating no broken bones or sprained, only some injury to the tendons that will heal by itself. Took my dog to Dr Koes the vet surgeon the following week, the xray revealed that my dog broke his leg and needed surgery soon.nnThe doctor at Piet (male doctor with goatee) was not friendly at all. When I asked him questions, with exasperated look he curtly said, I've already told you that before. Geez! I dont know why he bothers to become a vet if he doesnt have any compassion.nnOnly bring your pets for menial health problems here. The only good thing is they open 24 hours. For anything else I suggest you go to another clinic.
