The good service, especially for the Customer Service Garuda Indonesia in Ngurah Rai Airport. Ibu Inten, Customer service staff of Garuda Indonesia is very kind, friendly and helpful. I asked about the my GFF member because I didn’t find the clear information from call center of Garuda Indonesia. But Ibu Inten give me clear information and she makesure of the information to call center first before give information to me. Thanks bu Inten, sehat2 terus

SHAME FOR THIS AIRLINE!!!nn1. Worst airline ever. My luggage was direct. When they printed from the system it was even written both my transit and final destinations on the luggage tag. They told me I had to get out to pick up and re-check in.n2.Super unfamiliar with their service. ONE HOUR SPENT AT THE CHECKING COUNTER. Took half hour to figure out if I can transit without a visa and then another half hour to check my luggage.n3.Requested to talk with the manager, counter directly refused. Requested to call to confirm, counter directly refused again.n4.Worst airline customer service. Email replied more than 24 hrs without answering the question I asked. Phone never picked up!

Garuda airlines is the most customer unfriendly airline's on. I travel alot and I will NEVER book with them again. They clearly do not wish to speak with their customers. Yesterday I spent over 2 hours trying to dial their number on Bali and once connected, the call would auto disconnect. I handed it off to the concierge at my highly rated resort, and Kevin reported back to me stating he had the same thing happen to him over the next hour effort. He finally got through and the person at Garuda told him to send me to their headquarters in a hotel , a 20 minute cab ride away, ifnI needed to make a flight modification. Really? All this wasted effort and time just because I had discovered that the fast Gili ferries could not get me back to Densapar with enough time to make the flight. There was a later flight. I merely wanted to make that change. In my home state in the US, I could have done all that on line or with a 5 minute.nBut wait there is more : 2/Garuda agents play games. They told me a flight I wanted was fully booked. Charged me over $500 for the 1-2 hr flight from Bali to Singapore, normal cost $86-$150 each way. Same for the SIN -DPS leg, there were lots of vacant seats. There are a few more :'ssues'...like not wanting to refund my husband's half of a ticket purchased last month, he passed away suddenly end of March...and even with a reluctantly sent death certificate, NO REFUND! Can you imagine such greed, insensitivity, and incompetence as this? I personally cannot imagine how Garuda has not gone bankrupt.nGaruda has lo my ZERO vote of confidence. TravelDoc

Experience was great when I traveled from Jakarta to BalinTraveling from Bali to Tokyo was annoying. I have to have a return ticket or exit ticket from Tokyo. Dumb regulation. What if I decide to stay longer in Tokyo. Dumb dumb dumb. My passport does not require visa. Whatever .
