Bad service in sudden replacement of flight schedules for no reason why the aircraft is not operational then online checking facility can not be done because there is a change of schedule from the airline and if arriving late can not enter the plane when the schedule change from the airline should checking online can still in doing and kaalau switching schedule or flight fleet another night more charged at the price yamg very high is not normal than online.nCustomer servise service was very ugly when in vek phone suddenly turned off the service of both customer service was not very friendly to ask for evaluation. Many contact numbers can not be contacted Semarang region.
