It is located in the first floor of Ambarukmo Plaza hotel. During covid-19 pandemic, I have to follow all health protocol to enter the hotel and when I was there to gain more information about my ticket, All of the staffs were so kind and helpful. They weared masks and arranged the chair to make physical distancing. They contacted me through email to inform me the updates and provided services nicely.

I called to make sure at what time did they close for that day, and they said 3pm. I arrived there BEFORE 3pm and they are already closed. they were even inside the office.nif you want to close sooner because it is holiday, it's totally fine. but at least provide the RIGHT information BEFORE any customers come to the place. if it is 3pm, then it is 3pm, not a minute before.nwhere is the integrity? i am very disappointed.
