Thank you Dr Sharon, technicians and front staffs for making Truffle healthy again!nnBrought my dog there when was very weak. Dr Sharon was very sure about the procedure that needs to be done. She was firm but not pushy in advising us to go ahead with the surgery. After the surgery, doctor called to update us on her status. (:nThe technicians were very patient and responsive to our requests for updates on my dog every time we called.nWhen we visited her during the visiting hours, front staffs and technicians were very nice about it.nHer allocated cage was spacious and clean.nnThe whole environment at the hospital was very nice. It was busy but all the staffs were still patient and nice irregardless. Could tell that Dr Sharon and technicians really cared for my dog.nnThank you so much for making this experience less scary for us. When we look at the way you do things, we really feel more relieved that our dog is in good hands.nnNo words can describe how thankful we are Mount Pleasant Vet Centre (Gelenggang)!

We appreciate what the doctors and nurses did for our Buddy. He was well taken care of when he was there last year and unfortunately, this year, Buddy was too sick to recover and we have to let him go. We like to thank the nurses and Dr Sharon for the love and care for Buddy. We also like to thank Dr Foo for his concern and care over Buddy. He has even called to send his condolences for Buddy. Great doctor!

Nice place as not crowded. Doc Jane is very kind and explained everything in details. Hopefully my doggie will have a speedy recovery under her care. Will continue to visit this branch.

Receptions quite rude, everything we ask they will just brush off with I don't know.nnI understand that you are at the front desk the entire time but would be nice if you can help us check on our pets condition???nnOtherwise technicians from the hospital is fine.nnHowever, there is this Recep at the counter with blonde hair that is very attentive and nice.

The new vet is not only inexperienced but has no communication skills too. She hardly look at my dog or me. She asked a couple of questions with her eyes on the computer most of the time. Then she took a picture of my dog's issue, took our questions and then sent us off to wait at the reception for her to get back to us. To our disappointment, after a long wait, she didn't speak to us at all but merely have the reception call us to give us the bill and only an answer to one of our questions which is to do with cost of further treatment. All our other questions are unanswered.
