I highly recommend this vet! I travel 20 mins here (instead of 5 mins to a local vet) because I feel my furbabies are in much better hands here.nnPros:n- well equipped and adequately staffedn- always easy to get an appointment or walk in for an emergency, no wait timesn- very knowledgeable vets and staff. everyone is well trained and can answer your questions. In fact a vet here correctly diagnosed my kitten with a rare parasite, after another vet misdiagnosed it and failed to resolve the issuen- comfortable environment. there's a waiting area indoors and outdoors.n- price is reasonable and comparable to other vets. In fact it's a great value for the professionalism and care they provide!nnCons:n- none!nnI have 2 cats and 1 dog and will happily continue bringing them here. Thank you Mt Pleasant East!

It is a very well organised vet clinic with astonishingly helpful staff and top notch professionals trully dedicated to your pets' well being. My pets have been regular customers there for the past 10 years.

Vets are knowledgeable and informative. They clearly explain issues and give you options for treatment plans. Doesn’t feel like you’re being upsold or pushed to do unnecessary testing or treatments (which I’ve experienced at other vets in the past), only what is best for your pet!nnMy dog had his teeth scaled and some extractions. Wonderfully clear aftercare and good communication from the front desk team too! Thanks so much!

The most important thing for me is that the clinic is adequately staffed as you want to be able to have an appointment asap when your fur baby is unwell. This clinic has that. I made an appointment and I was seen promptly. All the vets, nurses & staff were professional & friendly. Definitely recommended!

I have been taking both my dogs to this clinic and I am quite happy with the vets as well as the staff here. All the vets here show a lot of care and make sure your pet is comfortable while they handling them. Would recommend this clinic for sure
