The receptionist, techs n vets were full of empathy n even reassured me I can do instalment as I'm on welfare aid. They know my pooch is my unregistered therapy dog n he walks me so I won't be stuck at home due to social anxiety. Any questions, they give you a straight answer, never pushed products etc. All of them are full of love for our pets.

Caring and understanding of pets and owners. Clean and well run. Vets were clear and helpful. Staff was busy but organized.

Dr Nally is very thorough and great at explaining what's happening. I like that she doesn't prescribe unnecessary meds and she takes time to answer our questions. The rest of the staff we have dealt with are polite and helpful even when it's busy.

Brought a rescue terrapin with a swollen front paw n hard lump at the armpit. Dr Daniel from Allpets & Aqualife saw her, did n xray, said he could not find anything wrong n gave a painkiller jab.nn2 weeks later the terrapin looked lethargic so i brought her to see Dr Sharmala who drained her swollen paw, gave a 7day course of baytril jabs, f10 spray n t10ointment as she began to have several lumps of hard skin tt came off in thick pcs leaving raw flesh exposed.nnAfter this treatment was completed i brought her back for review as she looked worse than ever. Paw still swollen, more crusty patches n extremely lethargic, not eating, more red skin, swollen arm immobile. Dr S gave more f10 spray n ointment, 6 multivit jabs for the week. I agreed to vet forcefeeding her.nn3 days later turtle looked really bad. I called Dr S, sent pics on watsap but she maintained it was a bad skin infection. I asked to do a blood test as FB turtle lovers group suggested it might be septicemia or blood infection after seeing the same pics i had sent Allpets.nnAfter a while Allpets called back saying they do not have blood test facilities n redirected me to Beecroft. I've totally lost all confidence in their ability to treat terrapins.nnI don't expect miracles as the turtle's history is unknown. But I take issue with the fact that having seen turtle over a month on 3 VISITS! - allpets could not spot what was wrong, n did not suggest earlier that i do a blood test? Even at the very last days still maintaining its a skin problem?nnIt took a hobby group to help spot just by photos, what was the probable issue n suggest the blood test. Needless to say, the poor turtle died 2 days later without me being able to help her get well. I'm very sorry turtle, I picked the wrong vet.
