Awesome place for all your pet medical services! Brought my cats from their first checkup to prepping them for overseas travel. They have a full suite of medical services, from xray, hospitalization and vaccination jabs. Professional staff and doctors who are patient, accommodative and pleasant to visit.nnFees are standard and will not break your bank to get the best solutions for your pets. Oh yes, they do have a rebate system. So the more you spend, you get instant rebates to offset your future medical fees.nnBe sure to call them to book an appointment.nnHighly recommend this clinic to get your pet's best medical needs!

I have been bringing my puppy here since we got him. Dr.Jane is really patient with all our questions and answers and explains everything well. At times she has also given us phone consultations so we don't need to go down to the clinic.nnShe treated my dogs chronic ear infection, performed dental surgery and did his neutering surgery. She always handles him gently and he loves going there and greeting her. 5 stars for this place

My senior dog almost died upon receiving treatment at Mount Pleasant Bedok a year ago. Today, she is 95% healthy after we moved on to seek treatment at Animal Wellness at Star Vista and I can never forget the horrifying experience that both my dog and my family experienced at MPB.nnThese were pictures of my Beloved dog who almost died at the Advanced vetcare hospital, after receiving medical treatment at Mount pleasant Bedok for three months.nI was a first time owner and I just adopted my senior dog back January 2020, whom was diagnosed with Bronchitis. The staff at Mount Pleasant Bedok were really mean (except Dr Chan and Dr Jane) such that when I called to ask for further advise on why the medications were not working, the staff who picked up the call replied “How would I know right, I should be asking you it is your dog”.nnMy dog was prescribed by MPB with inhaled steroids and Oral steroids. My husband and I were informed on the potential negative side effects as well. However, her condition seems to worsen and despite multiple visits and calls, it doesn’t seem to improve. On my last call in May where I shared my concern to the attending vet that my dog’s cough seems to worsen again, the vet replied that unless we increase in steroids intake, there were nothing more they can do. We hung up and that night, we rushed our dog to Advanced Vetcare hospital as she seems to be having difficulty breathing. To our horror, the vet at the hospital told us that the steroids were worsening her health all these while due to immune suppression and she had pneumonia which she could die on that night if we didn’t send her in time to the hospital. They also asked why didn’t the vets at MPB check all these while at all during our follow-ups!nnOf course, after our dog was discharged from the hospital, we sent feedback via email and call to MPB and no one responded until we sent another email 2 weeks later mentioning that we will share on our experience to the Singapore Specials Club group. The attending vet then called and tried to check in (didn’t apologise of course) and that’s the end of our conversation. No follow ups after.nnIt has been a long year since then and at Animal Wellness Centre, Dr Lye managed to point out that my dog’s bronchitis was triggered by allergies and no steroids (inhaled or oral) or even medications needed as in long term it can be detrimental! I’m still surprised that my senior dog has completely ween off all medications as he helped her to strengthen her immune system just by curbing on possible triggering allergies and probiotics.nI guess ultimately Bronchitis in dogs were rare cases. Should the staff be kind, responsive, and apologetic, we could let go of this incident.nWe did not expect nor request for any compensation for any medical bills of our dog (for our visits at MPB or at the hospital) as services have already been rendered. We hope that this review could help to improve the service of the team.
