Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta

I always love this hotel through out the time. Stayed in this hotel since more than 10 years ago, and still felt happy for my recent stay. The room wasn’t the biggest in the town, but I always remembered it as one of the most comfortable. The aroma inside the hotel was very nostalgic as it did not change over the years. The staffs were helpful and very polite. The breakfast time has always been a star! Love the vast food options and also the taste. Even though I did not use the swimming pool, but it seemed very attractive with its size.

Very pleasant stay for my 5 night mandatory quarantine when entering Indonesia. The room was clean and spacious and the view overlooking the pool was very nice. The food was mainly Indonesian cuisine every meal, but it was very tasty and more than enough to eat every meal. Whenever I ran short on any of the basic supplies in my room, I only needed to make a call to the front desk and they were there in minutes with the supplies. No complaints from me and I will come back here to stay on my next trip.

I was accommodated at the Shangri La as part of the mandatory quarantine period for incoming foreigners returning to Indonesia for work purposes. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and it made the quarantine period very easy. From the arrival to the departure, everything was top shelf, from the service, food, room size and cleanliness. I would to thank all the friendly staff for their excellent and professional service. I will definitely return here again and will recommend it to family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you

The hotel still stand strong against the pandemic.the room quality still above my expectation. The staff give the best service as they can, Smiles everywhere. Breakfast is great, outstanding room service, although there's some minor setback in the bathroom, but doesn't effects the function. The pool, the water playground also great for the kids.nnThanks for the great experience.

Excellent 6 day quarantine stay. Exceeded expectations. Staff and rooms were great. Food was on time and good. Everything went smooth, easy, without surprises. Prices were exactly as quoted before booking. Highly recommended for other people looking for a quarantine stay hotel in Jakarta, the experience was great and days flew away.
