I got the twinbed room at 2nd floor. The bathroom smells of cigarettes and the exhaust doesn't work. I ended up with my sinus recurring. TV quality is questionable. No floor mat given outside the bathroom. The rest is standard service, friendly receptionist.

How could I'm not fallin in love with the cute little tiny room for a solo traveller like me, it has AC, TV, nice bathroom and pretty good single bed, and breakfast!! Plus the frontliner in March 8th evening who'se handling me is niceud83dudc95. But one thing that distracted me is the cat who lives in the ceiling above my room was so noise, I couldn't get enough sleep so then I missed the hotel shuttle bus in the next day.. ud83dude13hah...

Incredible hotel. Definitely a highlight of our two month Southeast Asia trip. The rooms are very modern and the beds are very comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a life saver for us as traffic can be very bad in the area. The staff got us to the airport on time with no hassle. The employees here really are top notch and put in their all to make sure you have an incredible stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices, best meal at a hotel I’ve ever had. Will stay here 100% next time we need a place near the airport. 5/5
