If you real traveller, and you visit central java, lets say batang area, please come to this place, named sate dokar, their Chicken Skewer definitely awesome! tender, juicy, and seem their doing slow cooking method before it grill on charcoal . I am agreed to recommend this place , first class!

Sate Dokar is one of the specialties / culinary delights of the city of Batang. The main menu is Tempe Satay, Kampung Chicken Satay, Offal Satay with savory sweet coconut sauce plus boiled whole grains of cayenne pepper which can add to your appetite. For children who don't like spicy food, you can separate the chilies.
