Located on the second floor at Kuching airport. The service provided by the friendly staff was good and very helpful.

Took malindo from Perth to Kuching transit via Kuala Lumpur, then we boarded our connecting flight from kuala lumpur to kuching then once we boarded the plane we got call to get off by the ground staff he said there will be someone waiting to help us at the boarding gate as our flight have changed to latter flight (FYI We have a valid ticket printed in Perth). So we got off and we reached the boarding gate, no one was waiting for us to help us so we seek help from the staff at the boarding gate.nnThe staff at the boarding gate told us she have arranged someone at transit desk to help us so she told us to go to the transit desk to print for a new ticket but there was no one working there. So we have to went back to the boarding gate again and now she told us to go to the check in counter to get our new ticket which means we need to recheck in again. The staff at the check in desk was absolutely not apologetic at all and she still need to went through quite a lengthy process to get our boarding pass printed.nnThe entire process is just irritating, the staffs couldn't careless. If they want to boot you off the plane they just do it without even bother to notify you.nnThis is an absolute joke of a company, the worst part is they still allow us to board the plane, only when we found out someone is occupying our seats then the ground staff proceed to took us off ONLY WHEN WE FOUND OUT SOMEONE WAS SEATING AT OUR SEAT.nnAdded to the insult the staffs don't care about our complains, when we wanted to make a complain the counter staff just pass us a complain email and phone. So we gave them a call to make our official complain the support staff just abruptly hang up our phone while we were explaining what we went through.nnIf you Malindo had properly inform us of the changes or at least properly direct us to the correct channel to reprint our new boarding pass without pushing us around then you would have save yourself one additional negative review like this. We never like to complain or to make a company looks bad but this incident is just grossly unacceptable pushing our already very tolerance and forgiving nature.
