Had no fun experience. The first motorbike service that was supposed to be free and oil service could hardly be claimed because it was 2 days late, the reason was because now the system was completely online. Yet according to other dealers as long as it is still under 15 days it still can. After calling here and there finally it can be free too. It doesn't seem professional, or maybe I didn't buy the motorbike there.

Standard service is the same in other official Yamaha workshops, the results of service and tune-ups so far have been good service

That's good ..nOnly the waiting room is not provided with a fan so it is annoying ...
