Go straight to the captain for honest bule (White person) price (75,000). First person that will annoy you comes across like 'port mafia' guy and wants u to pay 100,000 for the public boat. The polisi guy is also in on the job too so don't trust him. He will also tell you good food is miles away and offer to take you in his car for money. Speak to the captain without the polisi or mafia guy there as they started shouting and coming to the captain once one of us approached captain for real price. Don't trust either of them on anything. Around the corner is a good place to get nasi and padang style food, lots for 10,000 and the coffee shop on the right corner as you enter the harbour area does kopi for 3,000 each.
