I like the airport. It is an old airport but it is well maintained.nIt is easy to navigate.nThe airport operator does a good job in observing covid-19 protocol.nThe room for improvements are managing public transportation and treating equally all operators of it.

Its in the city center. Great location.nOnly two airlines serve this location Batik Air and Citilink.nThere are some transportation services from here :nFirst, The local taxi services asks you to pay Rp.15.000 for the airport service charge, not included the meters.nSecond, Grab TaxinThird, if you willing big to walk 200 meters, that you will be able to reach more transporting options such as Gojek, Trans Halim, etc. This option is cheaper compared to those two.

This airport (HLP) seems to be not a customer oriented and modern international airport.nnIt is an old airport, which was there since 40 years ago. It is in a very good location, which is near the city center, and easier reach for those living in the East and South of Jakarta, Depok and Bogor areas. Unfortunately, after redeveloped, the airport is still not up to a modern standard airport.nnSeats should be provide more in outside the terminal. GoRide and GrabBike cannot enter the airport, so we must walk far until outside the airport to reach them.

HLP is better alternative and very close from the city. I like it very much cause of not bussy passenger and flight.

The older airport of Jakarta.nActually it as an air force base and it serves as the airport for VVIP (Head of State and foreign dignitaries).nnThe airport also provides services for chartered flights.nnFacilities are modest. Terminal building is old and congested.nnTaxi service is poor and expensive.nnThe plus side is the airport is significantly closer to the city.
