Front desk is a bit rude (yes, it's the one wearing glasses and hijab). Not all of them, but one of them is - even though the customer is new. Probably the rudest from all of my front desk veterinary experiences, which is odd because this is a private practice clinic.nnDoctors and front desk seem to not coordinate? Doctor mention one service they cover, front desk say they don't cover the service. Price is definitely a bit more expensive, but still reasonable considering the comprehensive veterinary service. Oh, and they don't provide a bill breakdown, which is the oddest part for me. Just a total. Not very transparent, huh?nnThe number of nurses are a bit lower than I expect (although they are competent). The vet is okay, not the best I've had, but okay. I don't know whether I'll consider a return visit... I might go to a vet in Jakarta instead, since price point wise, it isn't that different.

The doctors are helpful, and very informative about the do's and don'ts regarding our pet treatments. I have 3 cats and all of them are registered as patients here.

The location is easy to access, the service is fast and docter assistant able to provide with the information I need

Bad petcare not even give the medicine in location only check and give medicine in lobby not in patient room, too expensive i suggest find petcare somewhere else. Not recommended

I went here for a job interview. I think the doctors and workers are fine, kind and polite to their uncontrolled rageful customers. When you come inside for the first time, you'll surprised with the very strong 'petsy' aroma. Well its a vet obviously, how stupid I am. They accept bath, overall clinic service and pet-dorm. They also provide some pet foods and accesories/meds. You may not recognize this place right now because its in the middle of their building upgrades
