I think it's okay for a 3-star hotel, the services were okay but the food quality and quantity needed to be improved. The cleanliness of room was okay, but the hallway and common areas were needed to be improved again.

Budget hotel, old and sleazy, need seriously an upgrade. Situated on 6th floor of a mall with no indication or signs how to get to the reception. Breakfast adapted for locals no continental. Old wooden furniture in bedrooms, worn out sofa's on the floors. Friendly personal trying to do everything you ask them. Every day room cleaning and clean towels but don't get surprised if you unfold the towel to find out you got a complete worn out piece. The only positive point is the location in the center of the city.nIf you're looking for a comfy, modern western 4 stars rated hotel try the SWISS - BELL hotel, value for money, located just in front of the Puncak Hotel. I moved over after 2 nights to stay there for a week.

old style.npros :spacious room, with good wifi coverage in rooms, waiting rooms, and a mini mall in one building. large halls for meeting.there is a shoe scrubber and polish machine in sixth floor. positioned in town, fast access to any part in down town.ncons : tap water is definitely not for drink, some sediments pour out, and the water sometimes get murky. the shower nozzle is clogged. the door bell is not working. breakfast resto:no egg station (no omelets), no milk, too much pepper in dish (bangka is one of major pepper producer), limited dish variety.nday 3 edit : a cockroach in a room and a rat on my way to the resto (well technically it's on the alley not in the resto yet), and nobody around in 6AM! just plain water available.nedit: managed to kill the roach! yay (see vid)
