Our experience with the company has always been totally positive. We have taken a number of flights with lion air during these last years. We have moved through various points throughout Indonesia and even other countries. Our experience has always been positive, both with the aircraft and with the employees.nnIn special at Gorontalo's office we meet a very dedicated worker who helped us everything that was in his hand, to make some changes in our flight tickets, making them arrive by email also. His name is Dody Saputra, he has a good level of English and is a very helpful person.nnI want to publicly acknowledge his worth, because thanks to him, we were able to take our flights exactly as we had planned.nnThank you very much Dody, I hope we meet again soon. When I pass by the airport of Gorontalo I will look for you in your office to thank you in person again.
