Tiny airport at Numfor island and served flight to Manokwari and Biak using small aircraft like Cessna Caravan by Susi Air and there is another airlines that rumored will be opening their flight connection to this island. Two ways to reach Numfor, one by air and the other one by sea. There is a scheduled ferry ship from Manokwari, Biak and Jayapura serving this island. From My experience staying at this island. A flight coming in become an entertainment for the local people. I also joining their fun, while seeing the flight coming in at dawn. One time my flight to Numfor had to circle around because the ground staff struggling to move a big pig from the runway ud83dude0a There is a remnant of aircraft body near the airport from the WWII.n--nNumfor dapat dicapai melalui udara dan laut. Penerbangan ke Numfor dilayani oleh Susi Air dari Manokwari dan Biak. Rumor ada penerbangan lain yang akan masuk ke Numfor. Kapal fery melayani Numfor dari Manokwari, Biak dan Jayapura. Penerbangan masuk ke Numfor sendiri menjadi hiburan bagi penduduk numfor di pagi hari. Di dekat bandara terdapat sisa-sisa badan pesawat bekas PD II.

Kornasoren Airport as referred to does not belong to Kampung Kornasoren but fortunately the name, but in fact the airport is partially or wholly an Customary Rights of Kampung Yenburwo or Keret or Marga Rumbiak which then becomes Public Facilities for all Communities on Numfor Island and is therefore requested to The government to immediately review / rename the Airport as Kornasoren together with the Owners of the Land Rights of the Rumbiak Large Family so that the Airport be renamed YENBURWO PAULUS RUMBIAK AIRPORT

Although only for small planes such as Susi Air, the airport makes it easy to access Numfor and Numfor exits, such as to Biak and Manokwari. Currently under construction a new buildingnOffice cleanliness still needs to be improved, especially regarding toilets.
