It's okay, but if the CS is added to the friendliness, the service is better.

The service is less friendly especially the customer service. Once I came to buy a ticket facing the CS. Eh suddenly without permission, he ran away somewhere. Only a few moments later, he came again without saying an apology why he just ran away.
