First of all, it's clean, a very rare thing to find in a pet clinic. Second, it doesn't smell.nnIt's not spacey but it's appropriate.nnI love the vets and the staffs, as well. They're friendly and very informative.nnI've been a regular since 2016. ❤❤

To be honest i am disappointed with the service. When I came to consult about my cat’s health condition there was no one to talk to at the waiting room. I mean, there may be pet with critical condition that need first aid. If nobody at the front door who will respond, how can such a case get a help. And I think in my case, the doctors failed to see the real cause of my cat’s condition. My cat was diagnosed with digestive problem, because of the worms. But I found my cat died the next afternoon on another clinic where they said that my cat had poisoning. I will not blame it all onto this clinic because it might be just me and there are only few vet who are already aware about increasing case of cat poisoning amidst of this pandemic due to disinfectant. So i suggest you to take to this clinic only if it is not emergency. You can get vaccine or neutering or spaying your pet here, but not for emergency situation. Oh, and they don’t have pharmacy in their clinic so you have to get your medicine from other pharmacy.
