The airport was okaynThe shelter building design was functionaly designed for short waiting.nGaruda check in staff were nice and polite.nSecurity check was not too tight.nMy watch and toys ud83euddf8 in my pocket went through the security check without detected.nYou don’t have to remove laptop from your bag.nThere was air conditioning in the boarding room to keep the temperature chill.nToilet was not clean and monitored frequently by airport staff.nLounge for Idr 50k and free if you have platinum garuda card.

I was there, when work for KS drilling, drilling for geothermal well for ORKA, at Sorik Merapi, Panyabungan.Small air port near Sibolga. Near to gold mining Martabe at Batang Toru, Orka GeoThermal project at panyabungannWhat are you expecting from it? For people who work on the oil and gas, mining industry, geothermal...this small air port is really helpful.nIt cut your travel time significantly. I prefer fly and landing at this beautiful airport, rather than spend my whole day in the car, just to get to work site.nnParking Lot:njust enough for this small airport.nnFacility:nToilet, Cafe with local food, you can have friend banana, cup of coffee and enjoy your cigarette while waiting your driver that late pick you up.ud83dude02nnSo...welcome to Ferdinand Lumban Tobing Airport...welcome to Sibolga ud83dude01
