Please deliver the package, but every time I have a package, I have to take it myself, why do I pay expensive shipping if the package has to be taken by myself, the day after day the service gets worse. Please give priority to JNE service user satisfaction.

The waiter who is not trustworthy says he wants to send it to the address instead it changes so it fails to send what is the intention of working or not really try your people looking for money I'm also looking for money so please work at the same time the items are in between according to the date and time, don't delay too much

Usually if I order via ninja ID, 6 days it has arrived but now through JNE, how come it hasn't arrived for almost 1 week ... I have included my no wa, I just live Japri I'll direct it
