The plane arrived at 2 pm. 3 o'clock already call for item release. At 6 pm the item is still missing. Very disappointing! Unprofessional and very slow service.

It was the first time using cargo services with very slow service. Even when asked how much longer, it did not give a definite answer. In fact, I don't know mom, what about the warehouse. There's no coordination, right?

I love critics & suggestions:nPreviously, I recently sent cargo from Jogja to Manado. Who put the cargo by someone else, I was asked the mobile number. But I was not contacted / given a notification if the goods have arrived (for what I asked HP number). I was actually charged 10 days delay. Miss communication, the person who inserted the goods, mistakenly told me to be sent from cargo date 7, when I mean that I see in the note, until the 7th. This should not happen if the recipient is given a minimum notification via SMS and given notice if the delay is charged. I just used this cargo this time. Make what my number plastered big if not given a minimum notif via SMS. Want door to door, port to port is heavy yes klo system just give SMS notification, if need pulse, kenai just charge pulse for notification SMS by phone. I'm sure, consumers are also lighter to pay the credit than the late charge.nIn addition to not having any notif goods until & hit the charge, my new suitcase directly damaged in the hands of SN Cargo.
