Very satisfying service. Warm welcome by the bell boy. The firmness possessed by security doesn't reduce courteous attitudes. The check in process was filled with a friendly smile from the front desk. Feel like being a VIP when a woman opens an elevator for me. Comfortable and clean room. Fast response from house keeping. Restaurant staff are very busy paying attention to guests at breakfast.

Old hotel that in needs of refurbishment and higher hotel standard for non-local customers. lobby smells of cigarettes smokes, room was the same plus the dusty room once you turn on the air cond. TV was not working. Not a good experience at all. lucky there are newer hotel options in Manado nowadays.

i brought my family to short weekend getaway and stay in room 808.nTheir suporior room is so spacious. The bathroom was also spacious with two wastafel. The cleanliness was good, hotel staff is so friendly. it's clearly a five star hotel experience.
