A modern railway station,clean and comportable.

ProsnThe waiting room is very clean.nnThe men’s restroom is also clean.nnPurchasing ticket using automatic machine and there are two to three personal ready to guide you.nnConsnThe room temperature is hot and humid.nnPurchasing train ticket have to use debit cards/credit cards or other electronic money. The machine do not received cash.nnIf you already buy your ticket and you arrived early, you will not be allowed to board the next train, you have to wait for your train. Even the next train still have available seats.

Very clean. The staffs are very humble, they always show the passenger the way to book the train tickets.nUnfortunately,Q the price of the ticket is quite expensive for mostly people.

Train to city has helped a lot. It's fast and it's generally on time. Staffs can speak English which is a big plus.nnThere's prayer room for people and washroom is also clean.nnYou can't buy train tickets using cash so you either use your card or you have to but a prepaid card to do any transaction.nnI wish there were more options for food and beverage though.

Good place. Very clean. Comfortable, secure. An ideal service to connect you from airport to medan city. Scheduled every hour. You can buy ticket on spot, just prepare your debit card. Or you can buy it online via application raillink. And of you buy from application, it will gives you 50% discount. Overall great facilites and services from PT kereta api indonesia and PT angkasa pura.
