It was the first time here and the initial intention was to groom the cat. The concept is actually good so every pet who wants to be groomed in a complete health check, etc. But please communicate well. Given that the initial screening process also requires time and money. If you just say it's checked, but don't tell you how much it costs, it's not wise either. So you should explain in as much detail as possible. Let the customers think too, afraid of carrying a pet and not carrying money because of the habit of grooming, just leave it, then bring the money when you take it. So that consumers don't feel trapped. If necessary at the beginning before grooming, give terms and conditions first so you can learn. Because it's not like everyone who intends to go to vet or to a pet shop for grooming has money. And if you don't get paid it means you don't appreciate the vet service, it's wrong. The point is communication must be better.

The place is clean, the doctor is friendly, my cat started taking worm medicine, vaccines are all here, only the petshop is open in the afternoon.
