It needs a lot of improvement, especially the facilities. The bathroom is far from decent. The waiting room is also less comfortable. Food and drink choices are also few. It takes patience when waiting for the flight.

Experience a flight of about 1 hour from downtown Serui, and there is no telephone and internet network access here. the only food available is flush noodles / cup packaging and various snacks in the canteen near the waiting room ... the toilets are poorly maintained too, so there are still a lot of additional facilities needed here

Airport to replace Soejarwo Condronegoro Airport which is too close to the city, the runway is short and cannot be expanded anymore. When I came here the terminal was being renovated (though there was no visible construction activity, only the abandoned building was visible) so that check-in and baggage claim activities were carried out in an open space with a roof. Check-in is done in the lobby or terrace and baggage claims are made at a similar place on the other side. Nevertheless, there is still an xray check when checking in. There are also several food sellers such as food courts which unfortunately sell the same food. Hopefully, as the air gate of Yapen Island, in the future construction will be completed quickly and flight frequency will be increased.

if you come here, make sure your provider is tough.nthere is no cellular signal here, except Telkomsel. and that's not very good signal there.nnthe trip was fun, make sure you are in a fit and fit condition even though jet leg.nnlodging there is some distance from the airport.nnthe locals are friendly, kind and still 'authentic'.npresented with a beautiful view.

The airport is small, it is still under construction, but unfortunately the TDK signal is so difficult that communication, I hope this THN will be improved a lot, all facilities are lacking, so that the people's comfort is fulfilled
