The lady at the counter was very helpful and professional. The pickup happened on (Bali) time. The driver was courteous and very polite. The price for a shuttle to Sanur from Ubud in Nov 2019 was 50K. However, what ruined the experience was that the AC in the shuttle bus didn't work and wasn't turned on either. I asked the driver to turn it on and he replied it didn't work. Spend the extra money, take Perama or others, this transport could be slightly cheaper but I was fried like a chicken on the sunny morning while riding to Sanur.
