Ticket doesnt have to be the exact departure time and can be print 2 hours prior departure time stated on the soft ticket e.g. you can print ticket at 8pm for 10pm ferry if there's a ferry at 9pm you still can use your ticket for that 9pm ferry. However, ticket will expire if passed the departure time on the soft ticket and can't be printed.
