Visited here for the first time and went home with satisfied professionalism/service they have catered us while taking care of my cat who had serious skin problems. The doctor (who I didn't get to catch his name, but he was slim) knew what to do and delivered thorough and rational explanation for my cat's diagnosis and the necessary prescriptions which didn't come out as being too commercial -- big points! Safety and health protocol measures are taken seriously too.nnPlease maintain this level of service! Overall pleased and looking forward for the next check up, I'm considering being a regular here!

I Came here twice with my cats.nThe first time one of my cats had unusual vomiting. The doctor examined it very patiently and told me that it was caused by an insect bite when he was a kitten.After giving him fluids and taking medicine, he quickly recovered and gained weight.nThe second time I brought them to get a vaccine, and the doctor kept calming the scared cats. Recently adopting a cat and she needed vaccine so I took her to Pet Vet. The place is clean, nice frontliners, i got a nice doctor and nurse. They answer all off my questions clearly. Honestly I couldn't compare the price with another vet because this was my first time going to one.

Staff and doctors were very helpful and attention to the details. However, they really need to update the policy to allow pawrents to meet their babies in critical conditions. Also SOP in moving equipments.
