District Treasury(Malappuram)

The building was built in 1853 at the Military Hospital in the days of the Britishers. There was also a watch tower. During the riot, you can see the entire Malappuram from there. Today only treasury workers are allowed access. The Secretariat of the temple is still mysterious. The treasury office of the Malappuram district has been converted to the building in 1982. The ceiling of the building is made of huge single tapioca made from Nilambur. The rocks made in 1865 are still visible at the top of the building. The district treasury building is located at the highest point of civil service.
