Hotel opened are covid19, so rooms were not so clean. But rooms were spacious. Did not tried any food in the Hotel. Small parking lot also available.

One of the best hotel with a very good price... And the staf's are very humble and kind-hearted and are very helpful.. there behaviour will bring u back to this hotel if u ever visit this place

We went to Vaishno Devi and decided to stay at Hotel Shree Hari Niwas. Mr Jeet Sharma was very helpful in getting us checked in early (5 am) and giving us 1 room to stay while the other became available. They arranged for a pick and drop to the starting point of the trek. When we came back from the trek it was quite late so we ordered dinner on phone and it was sent to our rooms even when the kitchen was closed which was nice. Dinner itself was quite good in taste. We ordered dal makhni and it was very good. The rooms can be a little more cleaner and therefore its 4 star review instead of 5. Its quite near to the main market (1.5 kms) so a great location as well.

Neat rooms, prompt service, they have drop and pick up service to and from Ban Ganga which is included in your room tarrif... The view from the room that we got was awesome... Bathrooms too are neat and tidy... The room service is also good... They can book tickets for you for train and bus whenever you wish to check out... Very accommodating staff and very very helpful... Overall very good experience
