One the hotel close to Katra railway station approx 10 min walk. We book through online portal as we got good price but let me tell you not that cheaper as we have selected premier rooms (higher category) as we wanted to have good view. Yes we got superb view of the hills but very very disappointed of service and rooms. Once we try to checking we found one the DUMP person at the reception who is not aware about room category and make us wait for almost 15 min but once have asked what strongly that we need rooms as we should get rooms immediately then he offered some random rooms which we didn’t book. My suggestion if you want to stay close to railway station pls don’t go via picture uploaded on website.

Although my trip was sentimental as my mother asked me to visit Vaishno Devi and sadly, she demised after few days. Anyway, Coming back to the hotel. It’s an excellent hotel with very supportive,humble staff. Additional benefits are pick & drop from Station, Banganaga. I will recommend it to anyone looking for budget stay in Katra.

Hotel is very near to station. Hotel staff is very cooperative. They tell all the important things to do and also help proactively.
