Very bad service, no geasure works and specially very dirty room with poor smelled mattress...i suggest please don't go in that hotel

A nice hotel for stay with family as they have family rooms available. Owner is a fantastic Person and will ensure a comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and decent. The only bad thing about the hotel is lack of maintenance in almost every room. Either the Ac won't work, or mattress is dirty, or the geyser is not working or may be the tap is leaking. Once you complaint about the issue, the matter will surely be sorted but the time is wasted in all this. Else a nice hotel to stay at very competitive prices.
