Don't even think to book this hotel. They don't have WiFi in room. Only lobby. Rooms are very small.. Giving u feeling of closed in prison. And most important hot water comes after leaving tap open for 3 hours. Manager is big mouth and horrible. Overall my experience was the Worst. Remotes etc also don't work.

Stayed in this hotel three years back. This year also remembered this hotel and stayed there. Very good hotel. Reasonable rate. Cooperative staff. Hotel has restaurant in lobby which serves food that is very tasty and quite reasonable. Celebrated son's birthday here. They arranged cake also . Would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting katra. Also told our driver to bring other customers here. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up.

Nice place to in. Good food, nice and cooperative staff. Provides pick up and drop facilities for pilgrims. Tours can be planned as they provide this facility also

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. Their services are very quick. They provide pickup and drop facilities to Banganga for the devotees. Our stay was most comfortable here. They won't give you any reason to complain. We will definitely book our rooms here when we visit Katra again.
