Kaare Aam (कारेआम)

Kareaam, a distant village in the lap of nature. Totally away from machine life. Absolutely peaceful, pure, and soothing place. You can feel the pure air in your breath. A women here name Manju Bai makes Makki ki roti and Tamatar ki Chatni, which is absolutely village type taste and is amazing. You can spend a day here seeing the beauty around. No arrangement for stay and no restaurants. This is a quiet natural place in the bottom of the mountain. If you have a tent you can set it up here and spend night, but food is not available. Either you make it or bring it with. Drinking water is available via an under ground stream which is coming out through a pipe. All villagers drinks that water and is very pure like mineral water. This stream is flowing all year. There is a trekking rout available from the village down to the river around 2 KM which leads you to Rajakhoh which is a mountain wall type formation along the river stream. Trekk is very steep and slippery in rains.

Great place to hangout amidst nature. Feel the serenity here leaving all your social life. No traffic no honking just the voice of nature.nnThe road from Chimtipur to Kare aam terminates here. You can also go to a nearby waterfall by walking.
