We stayed Batra for 2 nights 1st Night we stayed on 3rd Dec 2020 4th Floor, which have impressed us so much that we requested our agent to rebook the same hotel in our return journey to strinagar from Pehlgam on 8th Dec, 2020 But unfortunately in return we felt rooms and amenities were so so on 1st Floor. This property is must visit for Vegetarians and Jains!!

Worst experience ever..Manager is so rude and staff is so non-cooperative. Rooms are so unclean.. unwilling to change room if u request so..its like if u have booked online then u suffer bcz they already got ur money..Food is also very bad if available..otherwise nothing is available there as per menu! ..will never recommend it..

Rooms well ventialted for both summer and winter season, space adequate, washrooms neat and clean, parking available, located near dal gate, central place, good vegetarian cuisine, lots of options, overall good place to stay with ur family....
