Ex if i am getting innova at 18Rs/km then i should get a well maintained new car of current year model which should be well cleaned with well dressed driver to whom i don't have to care about his food or where he will stay. Copy of document including kyc of driver and vehicke registration and insurance should also be provided to me.nOn the other hand if i am taking innova at 12Rs/km then the above facility i don't get then its ok
