Negligent Staff, not interested in answering customer queries, order details. They don't care about customer satisfaction these days. Dominos is already expensive, customer pay the hefty price for ambience, cleanliness and service. However Staff attitude is making it a Sadak chhap experience at Dominos.

I visit The Vijay Nagar Domino's today. As per my experience today, it has pathetic management. The counter staff is negligent , do not provide proper communication. It lefts the customer asking about order updates too many times. They need to work upon operations management. The place was crowded. If you are ordering online and want to get your order ready in less time, then better choose Russel chowk Domino's as it is less crowded

Very bad staff they dont know how to talk with customers vendors of street chopati outside dominos are better than vijay nagar dominos staff..

Pizza hut is far better than this!!nSad Reality is that Domino's pizza doesn't give proper service as ordered....even after reporting that we have got normal cheese instead of cheese burst pizza, they denied to take our pizza back (as we took few bites from it) and literally took no steps to care about customer's satisfaction!
