i think Best newest State Libraray In State HIMACHAL PRADESH situated at state capital SHIMLA. BEST IFRASTRUCTURE BEST BUILDING STRUCTURE BEST SEATING CAPACITY FLOOR LIFTING FACILITY in 6 floors total BIG HALLS SEPRATE Blocks LIKE Coumputer block,Children Block etc. Canteen facilty Heater Facility etc.

This library has not been opened yet it was inaugurated on 19 feb 2019 by BJP government but still its not opened because there's no furniture and staff for it. Students preparing for competitive exams are facing problems because lack of space in libraries locaded on Mall road Shimla. Condition is really bad there . It's perfect example of how BJP government cheats people by making false promises. It's inauguration was a formality because Centre election were near. Shame on this government and shame on people who appoint such government.

Shimla is the Capital of our hp and here lot of aspirants come for preparations from allover d Himachal but the realty is that this library is still not open even this library inaugurated by cm in February, in realty which is only for showoff. This is how our government making us fool and playing with young generation's future...
