Pros:n1. At very good location. Near to the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple.n2. Neat & Clean Hotel.n3. Humble and helpful staffn4. All time hot water facility.n5. AC's work fine.nCons:n1. Toilet cum bathroom is too small.n2. Water was leaking from cistern of the bathroom of Room number 103.n3. No telephone facility in the room. For room service you have to go to the counter himself.n4. No cable package for the room tv. They only provide local tv channels. You can not watch tv channels also.

Good budget hotel with average room and services. There are lots of flaws like when i was staying there, there was current running through bathroom floors and complaintin was never attended. Its near local market and the famous shiva temple Mahakaleshwar. Accomodation are good and so is transport but you need to bargain or you will be charged high. Transport is available at hotel doors,as it is on main road.
