Perfect hotel. Excellent service. Very nice people. Just little difficult to locate. Hotel should provide valet service. The other problem I faced is that the staff coordination was poor. They lack communication between internal departments. But all this overcomes due to their service and hotel environment. I will definitely come again. And really wish they would sort some small things out..

This is a perfect hotel with excellent food and quality service, Rooms are clean and beautiful. Staff is polite and ready for fast service Definitely a must hotel to stay if planing to visit in Shimla

Wonderful hotel...excellent view...very courteous and highly professional staff...its a 4 star hotel with feel of 5 star.

We had a very good and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is brilliant. And the food was too yumm. If thinking of visiting Shimla, go for this hotel without any second thought. :)
