Service was good. Food was also good. They didnt accept food payment through card and ask for cash and also applied gst, cgst and other charge on bill through cash payment.

Nice food and rooms and on the road side

This hotel should be given the title of "worst hotel of shimla". The rooms they offered were just not worth the money we paid. There was no kind of ventilation in the room or the bathrooms equipments were not working. The bathroom door even got stuck one time. Room and toilet was dirty. They did not even give us a proper printed bill which makes me think there is something fishy about this hotel. In short, just don't choose this hotel anymore Beware guys!!!!

The Worst experience of hotel till now... I wish I had option to give less than 1star. Booked this hotel for 3 rooms for 3 nights through oyo 1 week before my stay, I booked deluxe rooms rather booking classic rooms paying more rates which showed me good pictures of rooms.When I arrived the hotel with My Family they Made us wait for the rooms and there was not a single expression of professionalism in any of the staff not even the manager.They didn't bother about our luggage and didn't offer any place to sit and wait.While we were waiting we already witnessed some guests complaining about their bad service,no hot water in rooms etc. After sometimes one guy came and told us 2 rooms are vacant and I went to see the rooms,I was shocked looking at the room they showed me,the room was worst than stable,too smal,no ventilation,very old,and I guess cheap guest house rooms are better than the room. He showed me 2 more rooms of same quality and I understood their standard. The Worst part comes now. When I told them that I have booked deluxe rooms paying more amount so I shud get what I have booked...The man very rudely and carelessly told me that you will get what we have, (Aapne jo bhi book kiya ho par ham wahi denge jo hamare paas hai,rehna hai to raho warna cancel kar do,aapne OYO se book kiya hai hamse nahi). The Manager or may be owner (Sardarji) was also careless about their guests and treated us worstly...as if we were to stay free in their hotel. Finally I had to call oyo and cancelled the Booking.In this time duration we had to face many problems along with my family waiting with luggage for an hour after travelling for 10hrs from Delhi. So I recommend all travellers who have doubt about whether to book this hotel or not..Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. (HOTEL GANGA NAHI GANDA HAI). Better book other nearby hotels like Lords regency,Hotel Kapital etc.

It feels good to be in here time and again.
