Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms but the thing that makes this property a better place to stay is the staff. Staff was incredibly helpful and generous with their time & advice. There are not many people in India who feel happy while working but on the contrary their guest dining staff/ restaurant staff were smiling big while doing their routine job. Trust me , the way they spread happiness around by doing their job swiftly is a very big thing. Being a happy guest, I felt super comfortable, will certainly stay again & recommend surely.

Staffs are well behaved. Great 5 star hotel for staying in Shimla's beautiful mountains. If you are looking for luxury then must try this place.

Nyc ambience. Great view from hotel. Car parking available. Safe and hygienic. Thermal screening is also done in the entrance.

Costly but Great... 1 star not given b'cas its so annoying for me that there is no different kitchens/staffs etc. for veg and non-vegetarian food (am not only doubting, am sure its happening there. This was my personal experience, your experience may vary) ... If you are a pure vegetarian, than avoid food here... Otherwise everything was just awesome.
