After reaching Shimla, I found this cost place for myself. The pine residency is a new property in MALYANA, so the furniture and beddings are really clean, from the room to the bath area. Solar water supply, room service, parking and also the food is very decent. And one most important attraction about this place is that they allow small pets with the guests. Hotel is good..nice and very clean with neat and clean toilets. And front rooms have beautiful valley view...but it is far from mall road, christ church and jakhu temple..because i booked this via make my trip and it was showing near to Christ church...if you ignore these things..then its a good hotel. And beds are also comfortable. If you have your own car or taxi..then you can access other parts of shimla..like we did

Its was a residency or flat without food Its not a Hotel. Steeply parking which is very difficult to drive. Location, view and furniture is good. Its not a good choice to stay with Family. They used to order food from nearby outside hotel. It was under Construction building and Lift is not available. Heater also not available in rooms.very risky for the kids. Overall its of very poor standard

Its not a Hotel. Its a flat without in house food. Steeply parking which is very difficult to drive. Location, view and furniture is good. Its not a good choice to stay with Family. They used to order food from nearby outside hotel. Construction is going on near the building which makes it very risky for the kids. Overall its of very poor standard.
