We got a last moment booking here in an emergency, and when we checked in, the hotel staff was very welcoming and courteous. We took the Family Suite and, a room. The lawns are beautiful, and view from the balcony is mesmerizing. There's a fire place, room heater and all facilities. The linens were clean and sparkly. The dining hall is very royal and vintage. In house food is delicious too. Must stay here in on your trip to shimla.

Nice property for single day , service is quite delayed ,food quality not upto the mark but the owner is fantabulous and definately deserves a stay 👍

We stayed for 3 nights in October at Hotel Springfields, the location, view and interiors of this heritage property is just beautiful and our experience was really good. The staff is really humble and courteous, our server was Mr. Surendra and he is very polite, efficient and his ginger tea is just amazing. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food is just great. They have limited options in the food menu but everything is just delicious. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality.
