A not so well maintained property with good location with aged rooms worn out washrooms. The buffet breakfast served in the in house restaurant named Eighteen71 is not worth having. The options are very limited and the food is bland, oily and stale. The in house bar and open air restaurant is named Cafe Simla Times is better, offers good views and music. The hotel class is wrongly mentioned as a 4 star hotel when actually it is worth 2 stars only. The only saving grace are the well behaved staff.. The management and owner needs to sit up and take notice of these issues....

Location of the hotel is just amazing, right on the Mall road with everything just walking distance. The Skybar provides such an amazing view of the valley and the food at the restaurant inside the hotel also is too good. All in all a very good experience and worth staying at this place in Shimla.

Hotel Willow Bank is one of the best accomodations of Shimla city and is counted among the most favourite hotels of the town. The outside views from the hotel premises are just amazing and its solid infrastructure speaks for itself while welcoming tourists with its known hospitality.

Great place to stay. Awesome location.. At the start of mall road.. Good food and restaurant.. Spacious rooms and courteous staff..

Although an old property. Yet very well maintained. Food is 4 out of 5 but the room deserve 5/5.
