November Ending 2020 I did not like the service of this hotel. You don't even get hot water to bathe on it. This solar system is installed, so you do not get hot water on your own time. In the winter season, these heaters also give poorly, even though you pay the entire money of the heater, these hotel are not able to give you Proper Service . ✅ If any passenger enters the hotel late at night, then these hotel manager are not able to arrange food for them here. There is problem in a lot of rooms, in such a situation, I cannot write in this review. The hotel is good but its service is very poor. I apologize to the hotel manager on my behalf that I gave such a review. But sir, please give good service to your hotel. So that everyone can give a good look to your hotel. And also want to stay at your hotel. We came from Ahmedabad to your hotel simla, but we did not like your service.

❌❌Worst stay ever. Faced alot of problems. 1:- 3rd class Washroom 2:- Can't find food after 11'o clock 3:- Won't get Soup in breakfast 4:- Warm water doesn't work, still waiting since 2 hours 5:- Drinking water has lot of impurities and is not drinkable 6:- one of my Worst Stay. Avoid this Place if you are with family & even alone or with Friends. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

There is no facility for hot water and heater also if you are coming at night there is no availability of food and they didn't not provide snacks in the morning. They are just intrested in money

Good hotel but not the best and also not so worst... Slightly price is high.. Night view of Shilma super...
