Pathetic service. I did not expect hotel staff to enter my room without my presence. I have lost trust and would not be able to stay in this hotel ever in my lifetime. If I had valuables and something get lost than who will be responsible for it. I am really disheartened and felt breached. When I confronted the manager for the same, he became rude and arrogant and said there was some carpenter work that was needed to be done on urgent basis. I don't think this justify to break into my room in my absence and also without my knowledge. If I would be informed by reception regarding the carpenter of work I would have kept my luggage more securely.nI would recommend not to choose this hotel.

It's nearest to the railway station. And it's suitable for staying. Rooms and Services are also good.

Rooms And Location is Good. Staff Was co-operative and friendly. Parking is not available, little congested area during day time. Overall Good experience......

Location of the hotel is good and nearby to Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Rooms are adequately well. Owner and housekeeping services are quite good behaved and polite. Recommended to everyone.

Very nice and clean. happy to see owners receiving senior citizens warningly and guiding properly for the new comer to this Ujjain city of Divinity
